Shipping policy

Orders are processed within one to three days after they are placed. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, and all orders include a tracking number.

Allow 5-15 business days for your order to arrive within North America with orders in the United States arriving fastest,

Be advised that international orders can take a considerable amount of time in transit. Usually about 10-30 business days depending on where you are in the world.

Products are not considered to be missing until 6 weeks after shipment. 

Please be aware that it is your responsibility to provide us with the correct delivery details. We ship to the customer address provided, and once shipped, we cannot take responsibility for lost items as a result of an incorrect shipping address. If you ordered several items, your order may be shipped in multiple boxes so they might not always arrive together on the same day. Please be patient, but if you are concerned refer to your tracking number to track your item.
