Return Policy

Exchanges / Returns

    We know that you will love what you ordered but if something doesn't work out, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges for the same item within 14 days from the date of delivery as recorded by the shipping provider. To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags still attached, and you will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    Exceptions / non-returnable items

    We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

    Due to hygienic reasons earrings do not qualify for an exchange or return.

    All international sales are final.

    Shipping

    We offer free US shipping on all orders.

    We ship to the customer address provided, and once shipped, we cannot take responsibility for lost items as a result of an incorrect shipping address. If you have entered an incorrect address contact us as soon as possible via our Contact Us page or via info@littlecrystals.com

    Orders are processed within one to three days after they are placed. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, and all orders include a tracking number.

    Be advised that international orders can take a considerable amount of time in transit. Usually about 10-30 business days depending on where you are in the world.

    Products are not considered to be missing until 6 weeks after shipment. 

    If you ordered several items, your order may be shipped in multiple boxes so they might not always arrive together on the same day. Please be patient, but if you are concerned refer to your tracking number to track your item. If this is not successful, please contact us via our Contact Us page or at info@littlecrystals.com and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

    Cancelling an order

    Email us immediately if you would like to cancel an order and we will try to do so for you; however, once an order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled.
