Where are you located?

Little Crystals is based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship all over the world.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed within one to two days after they are placed. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, and all orders include a tracking number. Allow approximately 10-12 business days for your order to arrive within North America. 

Be advised that international orders can take a considerable amount of time in transit. Usually about 10-30 business days depending on where you are in the world.

Please be aware that it is your responsibility to provide us with the correct delivery details and failure to do so may arise in your product not being delivered. If you have entered an incorrect address please contact us as soon as possible via our Contact Us page or via info@littlecrystals.com

What about international taxes and duties?

Little Crystals unfortunately cannot control each and every countries' fees, and customers like in every product they order online internationally are responsible for any international taxes and duties that may arise.

Do you accept exchanges on earrings?

For hygienic reasons we do not accept exchanges on earrings.

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order is placed there is a small window of time wherein it can be cancelled. Please email us immediately and we will try to cancel the order for you. 

I selected the currency to my local currency. Why was I charged a different amount after placing my order?

All items are priced and charged in US Dollars. The currency exchange rate tool box located in the top is for information purposes only and the actual exchange rate may vary depending on your bank. 

Why does my jewelry look slightly different from the picture?

Every crystal is unique. No two crystals with the identical chemistry exist. That’s why the gemstone you’ve received might look just slightly different from the pictures you’ve seen. As these are natural gemstones, we cannot guarantee absolutely identical stones just as no one can, but your crystals will look very, very close to the pictures if not better.

I have received some of my order, but not all of it. 

Your order may be shipped in multiple boxes so they might not always arrive together on the same day. Please be patient, but if you are concerned refer to your tracking number to track your item. If this is not successful, please contact us via our Contact Us page or at info@littlecrystals.com and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

Is it safe to give my credit card details at this shop? 

Little Crystals uses the Shopify platform. Shopify is PCI level 1 compliant for credit card processing which means that it adheres to the highest standards of server compliance and it has the highest standards and security in the world on payment processing.
